HORRIBLE SERVICE BY EVELYN
Horrible service by Evelyn, front desk worker. Rude and condescending. I was charged three times for the room. Called the hotel, what should of been a simple fix. She left me on hold 23 minutes. I hung up and called back. Shuttle driver answered and said no one was there she might of wrnt to the bathroom and to hold on. I waited another 32 minutes (i have screen shots of the time on hold). I hung I again and called back and Evelyn answers, i again let her know i was the woman who called and gave detailed information of the problem i had. I asked her if she had been working on it. Her reply ws "No". Not even a simple im sorry for the delay. She seemed like she couldnt care less. I again, explained that i was charged three times plus the $incidental hold. She said it would be refunded. It still has not been. I called the next day to speak to someone named Brandon, who seemed to take his job seriously, Evelyn answered and said i dont know when he will be in, he works in other offices. I will now have to deal with the credit card company to get reimbursed. This woman had NO customer service skills at all and is a detriment to the hotel.
