Beautiful, well maintained and clean property

We really enjoyed our stay! This is an exceptionally well maintained property, and it's clearly well managed. The King suite we stayed in was comfortable. Love that there are windows that can be opened for fresh air. Cute and clean pool, lovely seating areas, super convenient location. The only small complaints were no recycling bins anywhere!! So we ended up taking our recycling home with us. Also there could be more hooks or rods to hang up wet bathing suits and towels in the bathroom. That would be so easy- just put them on the back if the bathroom door and / or on the wall in the bathroom. We would totally return.

Couples getaway

Enjoyed a couples getaway for a few nights. Perfect location and within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and entertainment. Quaint hotel with nice pool and jacuzzi. Continental breakfast was a bonus as well as free parking, bike rentals and EV charging.

Perfect BFF Weekend

We wanted a relaxing no-stress getaway and Brisas del mar was perfect. We didn't leave the pool/hot tub area for the first day. Enjoyed bubbles poolside (plastic glasses of course :-). Estafan at the front desk was super helpful over our entire stay and gave us great recommendations for dinners. The complimentary continental breakfast was more extensive than expected with GF options for me. The complimentary bikes were great as well, perfect beach cruisers with baskets and bells. It was exactly the getaway we wanted. The location was great for us, close enough to the beach to walk there in under 5 min but off the main drag so nice and quiet. the Funk Zone is just a quick walk as well with great shops, coffee and food. Rooms are good size, simple but they have everything you need. it was great value for the price and we are looking forward to going back and staying at the Brisas again.

Loved my room❗️ It was a precious little home away from home with its living room, tiny dining area and kitchen and lovely, spacious bedroom with a bathroom and walk-in closet. Pleasantly surprised when I walked in Room #3.

We had a wonderful visit. The breakfast was good . Frittata and yogurt, sweets and bagels. We wished for more variety from the frittata. But overall very good. We got an upgrade so we had a spacious place. And the bikes were available. The manager Esteban was very attentive to our needs.
