Reserved a suite for the night. When we arrived there weren't any suites available. The person working the front desk was not very attentive. They were able to get us into two separate rooms. Breakfast was not good at all.

Disappointed

The outside of the property looked nice. Once entering the lobby staff was very friendly and accommodating. Walking to the room through the hallways there was a distinct smell of mildew. Entering room, hole in the bathroom wall, bathroom dispensers were all empty. The pool had things floating in it, and the pool area had trash all over. Breakfast the next morning was very disappointing with limited choices, no eggs, no breads and bacon looked like dog treats.

Detail

It was not a bad hotel. It's a pet friendly hotel which is ok, but the only concern is the room cleaners has to pay attention to animal hair and other things from animals particularly. One of the chairs in the room I couldn't sit on because it had dog hair on it.

The juice machines were all empty the whole stay I asked for juice on our last morning there and was told no we are out till further notice. I’ve machine on first and second floor we’re out. Ran out of toilet paper and had to find a housekeeper for some was just faster to buy some from corner drugstore.

Pet Expensive, not Pet Friendly

If you're thinking of bringing your pet, don't come here and make the same mistake I made. The Pet fee ($80 with tax) is three times as high as comparables hotels (unless you stay three nights, since then that one time fee applies to all three days in total). I missed it in the fine print. The hotel was nice enough for our one night, but the pet fee made it way more expensive than if we had gone to another competitor.

Disappointed

Came for a graduation. I’ll give the room 4 stars for comfort of the bed . Cleanliness not so much . Almost everything in the room is outdated . The toilet had bowl stains nothing more to say here. Carpet needs to be replaced . Almost all outlets did it work . Workout area was out is water and food during breakfast was out (we had an hour left) .

Nice service, poor room conditions

The service desk employee was professional and was considerate. The hotel owners/managers need to step it up. The room was old and outdated. The furnishings old and stained. The room cleanliness was clearly not monitored or scored as pulling out the couch bed had an extreme amount of debris, food, toys, hair ties and just poorly cleaned. Need to do better.

The hotel staff was very friendly. My room had a stale smell (most likely from the kitchen) and there was ice cream left behind from a previous guest. I bought deodorizer for the room which helped. The room was clean, just very outdated and worn. The pool was a nice temp but again very outdated and not well kept as the bottom had lots of hair ties and other items sitting down there. I wasn't a fan of the breakfast. Hot options were bacon (which was all burnt) and biscuits and gravy. I don't do bread or cereal so I opted for a piece of fruit and juice. The hotel wasn't horrible but I wouldn't stay there again.

It was a nice hotel. Great for families! The continental breakfast wasn't great but it did the job. There was no cleaning service for the weekend or extra towels! That was a little frustrating. Towels should be replaced daily!
