Would stay again!

No complaints until it came time to shower. Tub wouldnt drain and the showerhead had terrible pressure. The room itself and the property were amazing!

Just ok

The hotel staff was very friendly. My room had a stale smell (most likely from the kitchen) and there was ice cream left behind from a previous guest. I bought deodorizer for the room which helped. The room was clean, just very outdated and worn. The pool was a nice temp but again very outdated and not well kept as the bottom had lots of hair ties and other items sitting down there. I wasn't a fan of the breakfast. Hot options were bacon (which was all burnt) and biscuits and gravy. I don't do bread or cereal so I opted for a piece of fruit and juice. The hotel wasn't horrible but I wouldn't stay there again.

Good for the price!

It was a nice hotel. Great for families! The continental breakfast wasn't great but it did the job. There was no cleaning service for the weekend or extra towels! That was a little frustrating. Towels should be replaced daily!

I paid for 2 beds and a full kitchen through Hotels.com. The hotel only had a booking for 2 beds and no kitchen. However, when I arrived, the only room left had 1 bed and no kitchen. My whole family had to sleep in 1 bed.

Hole in shower wall was patched. Plaster falling out into tub while showering. Leak under kitchen sink, perhaps, because the faucet is for a bathroo sink, and does not extend out enough. Was charged a $60 deposit. Left the room cleaner than when i arrived and never got my deposit back.

I thought it was walking distance from Norte Dame. It was fine it wasn’t but our room was not the cleanest. The counters were not wiped and there was still food in the sink stuck to the garbage disposal. There were dried water spots on the bathroom counter like it wasn’t wiped clean either. The beds were awful. Very very uncomfortable.

Sad this go around

Have come to this hotel the last few years with family and got a couple rooms each time. This time under new ownership. Becoming outdated. Handle missing on refrigerated, out of order dishwasher & hardly any pots or pans. Not as clean as normal. Nice comment is that the staff was friendly and very helpful with any questions. Someone on our floor smelled heavily of pot & also made the elevator smell heavily of it. Not a good look when you have kids and in a smoke free hotel. Pool smelled heavily of pool chemicals and almost hard to breath in pool area. Come over several times to the South Bend area. Maybe looking for different set up next time. Just okay this go around.

Need more organization

Took over 20 minutes to check in bc staff could not determine if they had a clean double room. They ended up giving us two king size rooms which is not want we wanted. Hotel was full of young soccer families. We gad kids running crazy through the halls way past midnight
