Comfortable and clean but smoky!

The staff is friendly and flexible - the rooms are clean and are fairly updated however it's clear that people are smoking in the rooms as the halls and common spaces do have a permanent smoky smell. When we pulled up, two of the doorways had people smoking right outside of the door, so you had to walk through smoke to get inside. When I mentioned it to the staff, they commented that they were aware that it happens but they just don't have enough staff to monitor it. To their credit, they do have a smoking area on the opposite side of the parking lot with a picnic table and an outdoor ashtray so they are trying to accommodate smokers and pull them away from the building to accommodate the non-smokers but the clientele is not following suit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our accommodations at the Lawrenceburg Red Roof Inn. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious, clean, and cozy--just as they look in the pictures. Our only issues of any note was the fact that the TV didn't work (throwing "no input" code and couldn't change anything about it), and the shampoo dispenser didn't work. It wasn't that big of a deal though, and the comfort and convenience of the location more than made up for it. The breakfast was delicious! I enjoyed a perfect Belgian waffle with syrup and strawberry yogurt each morning. They also had eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, toast, jelly, bagels with cream cheese, cereal, oatmeal, and muffins. We would definitely plan to stay here again the next time we're in the area!

Staff was nice and inviting. The room was pretty nice and overall clean. The floor was a little sticky. Sheets and towels were clean. Nice pillows. Decent bed. Clean bathroom and tub. Waffles for breakfast. Great value. i would stay here again

The suite was a nice size, but the beds were very uncomfortable. Also, the shower could have been cleaned better. Breakfast offerings were limited on weekdays versus weekend. The staff were helpful, but my family will not be returning.

Front area staff was very friendly and willing to take care of any issues. Room was clean but the tub backed up with a glob of hair. Had to get a plunger from the front desk. A customer should not have to deal with a dirty clogged drain. Also left a very generous tip one day and the mail took the tip but left the bed unmade.
