No quality in @ quality inn

Television kept losing signal (good weather); had to climb over furniture to get on bed; refrigerator was located in the clothes closet so door would not open wide and couldn't hang clothes up; floor so sticky had to keep shoes on in room; breakfast was banana and orange juice/milk; lights would not work in the bathroom; suppose to be handicapped accessible; no rugs or slip proof protection - step over tub; no hot water; no receipt given had to get on check-out and would not honor military or senior discounts; reception employees can't speak english; NO QUALITY IN this Quality Inn

When I checked in the room, I saw a bee in the room and I went to the front desk to let them know and the owners son came with me and he saw the bee and got it out. When he left I saw another bee flying around and I went to the front desk and told them that I wanted a different room so the gave me another room and the key did not work and the owners son came and gave me ampnother key. The room was not so good and there were holes in the walls. This morning I went to check out and went to the breakfast area and there was no breakfast. Juice machine was out of order. I waited 10 minutes to return the key and nobody came to the front desk so I walked out. Never again

quick trip

stay was good, staff courteous. Chose this hotel over a couple of others, because they had a breakfast. The breakfast choices were very lacking... A couple of banana, waffles, juice and coffee and kid cereal. But overall the service was good

Probably move on…

Extremely worn! Has been remodeled but wear and tear is very visible. An hour after checking in, then preparing for bed. We had an attempt of another guest attempting to enter our room. He in fact had a key card that would’ve unlocked our door had we not locked & used the bar. After calling the front desk while the man was standing on the outside of our door, we determined that the front desk had no idea that he’d just placed us in that room. Same individual checked us and the other guests in. All together, not at ease for a decent rest in this place.
