We had a two night stay and had to move rooms three times because the air conditioner didn’t work. Then, they downgraded my room with absolutely no rebate for the downgrade. Then they made us move again to a suite, but we were already tired of packing and moving with two small kids in tow. It was very inconvenient and stressful for my entire family to have to pack and move three times. In the last room we were in, the air conditioner had a terrible loud rattle sound when it kicked on, but we truly couldn’t face moving again, so I slept with earplugs in. The front desk was kind, but was unable to help which was very frustrating. I didn’t understand why a manager wasn’t in health on a busy weekend to handle situations like this.
