When I arrived, the man at the front desk was friendly. The place was fine... In all honesty, knowing the difference between staying here, verses across the freeway at the Hilton Garden Inn, I should have spent the extra $20 to stay at the other that has no free buffet. The Tru Hotel buffet was terrible. The juice and coffee were so diluted they both tasted like water. Also no plates to eat off of. And, it was not because they had plates earlier and ran out... Breakfast is served from 7:00 - 10:00 on the weekend. I was down there by 7:15. I've stayed at the Microtel in Springville, UT as well as the Days Inn in Provo, UT. They had a 100 times better breakfast. Seems to me because of the pool table and open hang out near the front desk the draw is for family. The pool.. hot tub was full of obnoxious teenagers. Not a place to go and relax or enjoy a book. I won't be back. I don't love that there's no coffee maker in the room either. In Lehi I will only stay at The Hilton Garden Inn or The Hyatt by the Outlets. If you want an outdoor pool area and a delicious breakfast, I recommend the Hyatt.

Dogs everywhere! Barking all day and night. Felt like we were staying in a kennel. Showing pressure was hit and miss. Towels were dirty/stained. Left after one one night. Would not give a full refund.

Fun atmosphere! Felt like a cruise ship at night with people playing pool and eating in the lobby and reading books and swimming. Loved it. Great breakfast too!

This was our first stay at a TRU hotel.We enjoyed the pool table, hot tub, pool, clean room, etc. We really liked the fun concept, especially for families. Would have given 5 stars . . but then there was breakfast. It seemed none of the machines worked properly (pancake maker, yogurt machine, even the bagel toaster turned out slighly warm bagels) and the staff could not keep up. People around us were complaining to each other. I would like to give Tru another chance, as they may have just had a bad day. But if something more familiar to me is available I would probably go that route.

It was a fascinating time there as our truck broke down that day and we had to spend another day at the hotel. The staff was exceptionally helpful. Marissa, Jenny and Jodie could not have been more helpful.

The check in was great. When we got to the room and started to wind down. The tv wasnt allowing us to watch anything, so we attempted to connect to our ps5. It wouldnt connect and wifi was not allowing us to connect. I had to use my hotspot so we could watch something. The bathroom did not have any soap or toilet paper. I requested extra towels later in the evening, but nothing came. Room service was available everyother day and if we needed it we had to request 24 hours in advance. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. It would creak and it casued a lot of back pain and soreness. It was not great. The room ac unit had issues turning on. When it did turn on it would blow cold air for 5 minutes even the temp was set to 75. The room was so cold and the blankets were not thick enough to give warmth. The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors both next door, upstairs, and downstairs. The elevators were sketchy as heck. They would grind and make loud noises and when you got to your floor it would stop and vibrate and after 10-20 seconds the it would jolt and then the doors would open. Breakfast was simple. Oatmeal was watery and runny. Juice was sour. Eggs were solid but a bit wet. The pancake machine was out. Coffee was hot and that made up for the bad oatmeal.

We thought the hotel had only recently been built. It was in such good condition to find. It’s been there about seven years. The room was clean and comfortable. We got down to breakfast towards the end and found a few items were all out they did. Supply to us We Use this hotel Again
