Very dirty. Stains everywhere. There were roaches in my room. So i went to tell the front desk and the guy was very rude and blunt. and he immediately cancelled my booking with no questions. Didnt ask if i needed another room or anything. Then when i asked about a refund he said there's nothing he could do and my only option was to call customer service which i had to sit on the phone and wait for an hour until connected with someone.

I would never recommend to stay there. They had roaches in the hallways, bathrooms, rooms and beds.. They said they have queen beds and really have doubles. Then argued with me, as if I don’t know what a double bed looks like. It was soo bad, my son had to kill 2 roaches that was his bed.. That was after being moved to a different room due to the roaches. the elevators were horrible and sketchy.. technically I should have gotten my money back. Worse stay ever
