Robin at guest service was wonderful at check in. Very helpful with giving suggestions about the area . Our room smelled and the air conditioner moaned loudly all night . When I spoke with the girl at the front desk in the morning her reply was OK .. then I asked about where the metro and what line it was, she was very Kurt and just pointed and said that way ! 15.00 for 2 coffees and no GF options for breakfast. Location was good.
