Staff was very new and had no idea how to handle situations. My wife has asthma and when walking in had to walk through a cloud of pot smoke. When brought up to the desk clerk, he only offered her to be placed away from them. How about remove the people making it uncomfortable? Allowing illegal activities? Not good. Not to mention the hair in the sheets. Very unhappy with this stay and will gladly pay more to stay somewhere else. If I could give negative stars I would.

The hotel staff were pleasant. It is very dog friendly, but unfortunately they don't appear to make much effort to keep the floors clean. The check in was no problem. It has easy accessibility from the interstate. There was only one person on duty in the later evening and unfortunately he could not attend to our requests. We needed to change rooms due to unpleasant odors and that was granted. The second room had piles of dirt on the floor by the refrigerator. We requested a broom to sweep it, but after someone was called to bring one it never came. We mopped it up ourselves. There was only one washcloth it was stained and tearing. Before checkout, there was no hot water in the shower. The tub floor felt like it was going to cave in. The hallways were dirty (mud, fur). The grounds were not well kept and it needed more green space for the dogs. Breakfast was mediocre and the length of time for breakfast was shorter than most hotels. Overall, we would not stay there again.

I was exhausted when I arrived. Richard was so professional and patient, and made the check in process very quick and easy. Room was clean and comfortable, and I was glad to see that a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker were all available. I would like to see shampoo and conditioner available, as I forgot mine.

I have NEVER stayed at a La Quinta that was as horrible as this one. Mold-Leaking water from the ceiling above the shower, lights didn't work in bath/vanity and heater didn't work. I checked in late and had to move because of a noisy child (not their fault), and this is my 2nd room! I didn't notice the heat until after midnight when the dripping water kept me awake and got cold. I complained the morning and they didn't record it. Expedia refused to give me a refund saying they said I didn't report the issue. SO, they lied as well. Just a dump!

It was prepaid according to my receipt he told me I didn’t pay then had me use another Credit Card 💳 has a pending charge on there and Refused me the room telling me he wanted more money!!!
