Lobby staff was great- friendly, efficient. Breakfast items were good except some of the egg patties were ice cold. Breakfast staff told client that sausage gravy was oatmeal. I corrected the info. Desk chair in room was VERY worn on front edge. Room was clean and comfortable. No soap for shower

Room didn’t look like they cleaned in a long time. Stains all over bedding. Found mold on ceiling in bathroom and several other places also well as a gummy bear hanging out by the tub. Bathroom door was messed up. Staff was dry and breakfast was bad as well. Definitely will not be stay here again pay a little more and get a nicer hotel

The front entrance was closed to car traffic. My husband has a walker. I had to go around the ropes to get in get registered get a key, open another door to enter. Was not told of this remodeling.

No elevator

When we arrived the lady at the check in was so friendly and very sweet but we were informed then that there was no elevator on the property and no available rooms downstairs. Fortunately we can do the stairs but unfortunately we had a very heavy suitcase. The room had trash on the floor, something sticky on the night table and something stuck to the wall in the vanity area. The comforter had obvious stains and then I smelled baby vomit when I got into bed. Needless to say I questioned the cleanliness. The very sweet lady offered to move us but I was too tired to pack up and get redressed at this point. The breakfast was sadly lacking options but the biscuits tasted good

A little disappointed but fine for an overnight st

Check in was nice. Clerk was friendly and made it quick and easy. Room could use an update. The rug needs to be cleaned. The room smelled stale. Breakfast was a disappointment. Coffee machine was broken and how do you have breakfast with no eggs? It was just an overnight stay and a place to sleep and shower on our travels. I would have been very displeased if I was staying longer.

The first room we were assigned has a horrible odor. The next room was somewhat better. The bathroom has mold in the top of the shower. I had to call for a new shower curtain because it stunk so bad. The hallways had an odor and the floor needed swept and mopped. The front desk was friendly. The hotel needs to be cleaned.

Old smoke!

Arrived after midnight. Warmly greeted by front desk clerk. Helpful and kind. Room was old Ashleigh Smokey. Signs posted everywhere of smoke free hotel with fines for smoking. Bedspread was stained. It was late and we were tired. Stayed the night but Will not stay again. Breakfast was mediocre.

A satisfied customer

I was in the Florence/Cincinnati area for an annual trip and chose Quality Inn & Suites quite frankly based on cost and with respect to the grade given by others and for the price and quality you can't beat it. I have nothing bad to say. I didn't want or need the pool but it looked to be out of service if that's a deal maker or breaker for someone. Great location with adequate parking. No complaints here

Terrible check in system

Check in @ 3 was turned away when I arrived late due to having this issue b4 at 4:20 to be told they haven’t started the room at all, left to eat came back finally got into the room at 5:30

My first impression of the hotel was that it’s very outdated. This hotel could seriously use some new carpet, new paint, new fixtures, etc. But it is a Quality Inn and not a four-star hotel. That being said, when we went up to our room, you could tell people had been smoking in the hallways and other rooms on our floor, though it’s supposed to be a non-smoking hotel. Carpets, especially the stairs were filthy. Our room was OK, but the shower tiles could use a good bleaching. We’re prepared to stay, until we noticed ants crawling in my bed. Ants bite, apparently. Fortunately, the manager on duty Miss Sharon was a wonderful lady and she understood that we just could not stay there. She refunded our money and we went down the street to the Hilton. Hope this helps. The people are top-notch, but somethings got to be done about that property.
