I wanted to share my family's recent experience during our stay at your hotel, which unfortunately did not meet our expectations.
First, we were surprised to find that there was no elevator access to the second floor. This created a significant inconvenience, as I had to carry my children, luggage, and a pack-n-play up the stairs to reach our room.
Second, one of the main reasons we chose your hotel—despite it being more expensive than other options—was the on-site pool, which looked inviting and was a key amenity for our children. Unfortunately, we were unable to use the pool at all. It was closed upon our arrival, even though signage indicated it should have been open until 9:00 PM. The following day, when we returned from our morning outing hoping to swim, the pool was still closed. As a result, we were unable to enjoy the amenity that influenced our decision to stay at your location, and my children were very disappointed.
Third, the complimentary breakfast was extremely lacking. During our visits between 7:00 and 9:00 AM, the offerings consisted of a few slices of white bread, two apples, limited cereal, and a pancake maker—with no plates and only two cups available. The items were not replenished throughout the morning. This was by far the most limited continental breakfast I have encountered at a hotel.
Lastly, the bathroom sink had a noticeable issue: water sprayed out forcefully when turned on, causing splashing all over the countertop and surrounding area.
