The room was nice but the housekeeper hadn’t done a great job. She left a wash cloth from another guest hanging on the shower curtain rod. I will admit it could have been hard to see, but it was there. Also, and I know this is something most people wouldn’t even consider, but the flags are hung incorrectly. The state flag is hanging on the tallest pole and the US flag is flying below that, which is improper. I was going to bring this to the attention of the morning clerk, but no one was at the counter.

Stay at confort Inn in middlesburg Cleveland & i was so disappointed The manager's attitude is not good at all & besides he charge me to park my car overnight while staying in thier hotel, & im like what???this is cleveland not NY city, also leave our car parking for only 8 days but he charge me 10 days for 12 dollars a day. Would not recommend this hotel at all, specially with bad manager.

So / So The room was acceptable. I first noticed the sticker on the mirror was upside down so when I looked up, I can see water damage to the top of the mirror like they had flipped the mirror. The toilet tank was running so I just had to close the door at night. I could smell cigarette smoke throughout the hallways.

When we arrived to check in we were first given a room and when we got up to the room with all of our stuff, the room was not cleaned yet from the previous guests. After my husband went to have them give us a new room, the room was not vacuumed. It was gross.

Staff printed my documents for me using their office printer. Decent breakfast but ended too early for me most days. Overall a good well run hotel. Know that room service must be asked for or you won’t get it. Rooms are nice for the $$. Safe area with lots of gas stations and restaurants nearby. Close to airport.

The rooms needs a lot of improvements. I had two rooms the first one had tv remote issues that we had to get someone come and correct after that we could not select to channel numbers you had to just keep using channel up or back. The bathroom mirror was peeling along with the faucet. The shower curtain was old and worn. Room two the shower curtain appeared to have mold and we had to have the desk clerk come and install a lever to turn on the shower. This place needs to make major improvements so that its guest can come to rooms that are in workable order.

It was a snowy night and we arrived in the middle hoping for a warm room. The window was open on our arrival. Brrrr. Finally warmed up and bed was comfy.

Hotel is very shabby and in need a huge updates. Hotel is generally dirty. Ceiling tiles are orange from water damage. There is no sound barrier between rooms. Bathroom shower curtain falling apart and shower knob handle was hard to work. Either was scalding or ice cold with very little wiggle room. Bathtub floors stained. Even the down comforters were ripped at the seams. Everything is just old but it was one of the cheaper hotels with decent breakfast included. You get what you pay for couldn't be more true. Owners/management seemed to live at the hotel and weren't outwardly friendly. Would I stay here again? Sure, if was on a tight budget, otherwise, one and done.

It was not a good stay. Our room wasn’t clean. The toilet paper holder was hanging off the wall. We had to ask for towels. The service desk worker didn’t seem to know what he was talking about and changed his mind to his answers several times.

We checked in our room was dirty and the manager got us a new one. That room had gum on the night stand from a previous person. The hotel wasn’t the same a year ago. My colleagues and family will never stay there again. Please do better and keep the rooms clean and safe for future guests. Thanks
