Room was clean but a bit musty. Hotel staff was friendly. Property just has not been kept up with. Outside pool was cracked and dirty around the area which was disappointing. It could be a great place if there was further investment in updating.

I bet this place was beautiful when it first opened but it needs some some refurbishing/upkeep. I booked it for the hot tub which was broken and sounds like not being fixed anytime soon. That being said, the room was clean, breakfast was adequate, and the staff was great. We had fun playing mini golf and the pools are very large. We enjoyed our stay but definitely wished I had seen it when it first opened.

Outside of hotel had rotted trim boards across entire roof line. Gardens not maintained and full of weeds. There was a hole in the wooden divider on the balcony. Trash on ground in parking lots. Stairways look like they have not been vacuumed in years! Ice machine broken. The room it's self was cleaner than the rest of the areas however there was mold in the tile grout of shower. Lots of dirty light switches and doors from hands. I used to stay year many years ago and it was pristine! So I was shocked to see it inta current condition.

The roomswere clean but way outdated. The bathroom light didn't work and the toilet was clogged.the toilets were made for kindergarten. The boards on the deck Were popping up a d nails stucking out. The muni golf course had fallen brixk and lookes like it hadnt been fixed since the 70s. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

This place is hard to describe. It has a retro vintage ski lodge/family car trip feel - like we should have rolled up in a station wagon. The property is beautiful - it would be great for turning the kids loose to play on the grounds, and to enjoy the huge well-maintained pool, etc. Good breakfast and nice spaces (screened porch) to relax with a book. The big drawback is that the property is outdated and needs some upgrades. The mattresses were not the greatest, the parking area is dark and a little unsafe feeling, and our toilet didn’t flush efficiently. Overall a good stay - mainly because it was a beautiful space and a beautiful day. Go enjoy the outdoors!

If you don't mind oddly wet carpet and being surrounded by ghosts of better times, this place is for you. I was told that the staff might not be able to look into accommodating my food allergy because they'd be too busy serving 200 people, but the handful of breakfast guests and three microwaved items told a different story. This place feels more exhausted than a post-partum mother with 2 other toddlers and a worthless husband. Great view though!

We love this budget friendly property. A little outdated but always clean and nice staff! Secluded off from the main road for a real NH feel and beautiful views. It’s very family friendly with a pool, playground, free mini golf, arcade etc.

The property is dated and in need of TLC. The pools were both gross and unuseable. Our room was clean but tacky. Stains, worn linens carpet was worn. The hallways smelled and had bags of garbage that sat in the hallway our entire stay. Will not recommend or stay again.
