This is not a Comfort Suites & Inn, the implies that it is. The location is great, that is why I chose it, but this is also were any positive recommendations stop. This Hotel is quite possibly the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed in, we paid for 2 nights for 2 rooms and left after one night and came home. I seldom post negative reviews but this place needs to be cleaned up.

Old hotel smells like old. Got a room witj sofa bed and mattress was terrible with no sheets. Ihad to go ask for some sheets down stairs. I was given sheets but they didn't have pillows..so disappointed i put my family through that

Horrible.

The hotel was under construction. Stains on the sofa and bedding. Lamps were flickering off and on. No power to the T.V., there old food was behind the T.V and desk. We had to be moved 3 times to find a decent room and on the third room we just settled because it was 1:00am at that point.

They didn’t have any working ice machines. I asked the guy at the front desk if they had ice machines. None of them are working. Then he proceeded to tell me there’s a store right down the road that sales bags of ice. Then there were no cups in the rooms to use. The microwave in the room did not work.

Ok stay

The hotel needs a major update. The room was ok not cleaned properly. The carpets are stained throughout the property walls need paint. The parking lot is not kept up. The price is good but the property needs some renovation.

Very unclean

First off the pictures are extremely misleading they did not show the true story of how unclean this hotel is. I appreciate the hotel’s efforts to allow me to cancel one of my nights as me and my wife were slated to stay 2 nights. The individual working the front desk was very friendly and helpful. But I will by no means recommend this hotel for anyone to stay.

Don’t do it

The pictures do not match the facility. It’s old and run down. We had a dirty towel in the fold out couch. The carpets are dirty and stained. The ceilings were stained. Pictures are missing off the wall. Half of the facility isn’t operational. No business office no laundry facility. The pool cut up my kids feet. It was dirty, the jacuzzi wasn’t heated. Breakfast was sketch. Weird gross experience

There were cockroaches in the room, the towels were dirty had stains on it, no tea downstairs in breakfast and the oranges had fungus on it, which I shoes to the front desk to fix the problem they just offered to charge room but no compensation, very poor service here,
