So - we checked in almost 9 hours later than planned due to an 8 hour flight delay. We arrived gone 3am. Front desk did not provide any empathy at all and no willingness to extend room hours even on payment to do so. Having called the front desk - id say same zero empathy that we’d not slept enough / but - when walking to reception - Darryl was helpful, but still no resolution. Hector who took our bags was really friendly and kind and you can see his passion for the place.. but the hotel itself - the rooms are tired, dirty not clean at all, dirty loo roll, I flushed toilet on arrival.. stains on bathroom floor I don’t want to right. Filthy stained pillow case, uncovered floor, broken shower handle and one bath towel for 3 people??
