Arriving after hours you need to check in from outside the lobby. We specifically stated at the window please make sure that the room you are giving us is a clean and presentable room. The room we were give was straight from 1980. Including a bedspread that said "welcome to the days inn." The room was musty and unmaintained. After going back to the outside window our room was changed to a "newly renovated " room. Granted new toilet, sink, tub, furniture, led lighting but it looks like I, an average DIY repairman, did the work myself. Paint on the new fixtures, label left on the tub, blue painters tape on the door handle.... i take it back, i work better than this. The clothes hangar bar is missing, there is no iron or ironing board words cant describe. Everytime that you move in the bed the frame squeaks...
