This was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The photos do NOT match the actual. We actually left immediately and booked another hotel. It smelled so bad I actually had a gagging fit. We were on the first floor… the back door to the main level would not close properly and anyone could walk in. The patio door lock could have been opened by a toddlers strength. Felt very unsafe. There were brown stains in the tubs, there were stained cracks in the doors. The room was musty. The bedding I did not even want to touch. The smell of smoke was to the point my 10 year old had to run out. TERRIBLE. Will never trust a travelodge again.

Was wasnt very clean. Smelled like sirty carpet. Beds were ok. The bathroom needs work. And shower head barely sprayed and was full of calcium buildup. Walls need repair. Breakfast was gross. I even watched the worker microwave the eggs to warm them up then dump them right back into the serving dish. I wouldnt stay here again.

We called the day before check in to confirm if they had cribs or not and were told they did and that they would let housekeeping know that we needed one so we didn’t bring one with us. When I checked in I confirmed they had put a crib in the room and explained that we had called ahead and he said it should be. When we got to the room there was no crib so I called the front desk and he said he would get it taken care of. About 15 minutes later he called to advise they do not have cribs and he would give us a refund if we wanted to leave. It was late and my toddler needed to get to bed so leaving and finding another hotel wasn’t an option. We called Travelodge customer service and they confirmed the property and independently owned but that they should have cribs and even tried to get the managers phone number as we had been denied to speaking with a manager. The front desk agent didn’t give her much and there was nothing she could do. We ended up having to go stand at the front desk and say we’re not leaving until he provides a crib like we were promised. After awhile he admitted they did have them and he just didn’t know where they were or how to set up so we advise we would set it up but he had to find it and it wasn’t until than that he actually looked and provided one after being lied to several times. Horrible service and still have yet to hear from the manager who I advised I wanted to hear from asap. No apologies given at all. Do not recommend the is hotel at all.

Beeping outside the room all night . Handy man not at work till morning. Big sign outside not working . Outside doors not working. On third floor , but elevator not working . No discount for lack of sleep . Will not stay there again . Ever . Poor upkeep .
