The breakfast room was horrifically, dirty, and messy. Even though the items were free, there’s no way I would’ve eaten anything. The sheets were stained, and I honestly couldn’t tell if they had been washed. The staff was pleasant and friendly. The physical accommodations were poor at best.

A little disappointed that the restaurant was closed for renovations, therefor no hot breakfast that we enjoyed last stay. The continental breakfast set up was ok with subway breakfast sandwiches, fruit, pastries, croissants, toast, waffles, tarts, yogurt, juice and coffee. On second day, most choices were gone by 9 am! The room was clean but I found there was a stale odour present. Service was good. Price was very good.

Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Service was fine. Surrounding area/neighborhood was less than desireable. Felt uncomfortable walking 2 buildings over to Mcdonalds for morning coffee so opted to drive.

ALL of our towels were stained and smelled like old oil…disgusting!! I had to touch up cleaning the bathroom too. The continental breakfast was minimal with a loaf of bread set out with everyone digging their hands in there…again disgusting!

Swimming pool hot tub looks to have been out of service for some time. Restaurant is closed and out of service. Continental breakfast is available in a small sitting area and not much to choose from. All and all the rooms were priced for what they had to offer.

The room was comfortable and well-equipped, ideal for resting. We would have appreciated more frequent housekeeping service, as it would enhanced our overall experience. We truly appreciated the kindness of the front desk staff, who for example let us use the printer for important documents. Recommended for short days or as a stopover on the way to another destination.

While this is an older motel in Regina, the rooms have been updated and are very clean. They provided a continental breakfast (muffins and cold cereal) and decent coffee. As the signs posted stated, the kitchen was under repair. There is a Denny's and Movados (formerly Perkins, I believe) less than 5 minutes away if you want something more substantial. My only complaint (besides the continental breakfast) was the lack of a bedside lamp or switch to control the lighting. The light switches are all by the door, so you must walk around in the dark unless you leave the TV on or your phone is on.

Unpleasant smell in the room. The bedsheets were in terrible condition — there were visible yellow stains and even a strand of hair on them.The room did not seem to deserve a rating above 8.

Rooms were OK. One room didn’t have a remote for the TV. When the staff was told about it they gave another remote which didn’t work for the TV in that room

The front desk staff were very friendly and nice. The rooms were very modern. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom shower was very nice. We had a great stay here and will for sure stay here again.

Went with a colleague for two nights for business. The pool was being renovated, didn’t know that. Gym equipment was shoved into a small corner room with no ventilation or natural light and it was grubby. Breakfast room was being renovated so the hot breakfast was continental. I could deal with that but it was open totes of pastry and bags of bagels. No decent fruit, no coffee machine, only butter, peanut butter and strawberry jam. The ‘breakfast” room was messy and the garbage can overflowing even early at 6:30am when we were there. Tables not wiped. No option for decaf coffee in the room and even when I asked at the desk. Often there was no one at the front desk. Not sure if the room cleaning is everyday as some places are not anymore but our room was not made up the day we were out. No face cloths and not enough towels. So. Wait until the renovations are done before booking there. Call the hotel before you book to see what is available.
