We needed an extra parking spot and the Hotel wouldn’t accommodate that. It was sold out and we had to park somewhere else. I offered to pay for a spot but they still said no. So FYI is you only have 1 room and More then 1 car your out of luck.

Habitación limpia en un principio, nunca hicieron el aseo y estuvimos 3 días. Es un precio económico pero hubiera preferido pagar uno poquito más caro y tener más comodidad . Su estacionamiento si es un plus ya que es amplio y siempre hay lugar y no te cobran extra. Disney caminado si está retirado

The service was OK that the hotel is not the greatest and good luck on parking spots. If you get there late, they will have you park behind someone and then you will have to get up early to move your car in order for them to get out. The heater in our room did not work.

Room was nice and loved that it was super close to Disneyland! The tub drained a bit slower but that's ok. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall, it was an average stay. We have stayed here previously, but this time the experience was subpar. Out of our one week stay, housekeeping only came in once, despite calling front desk the night prior to perform housekeeping. Not to mention, in our room there was adult items which left my family quite weirded out because children were the ones to fine the items. Not to mention, when we decided to talk to the front desk, there was this employee who had glasses, dirty blonde hair, who treated us poorly because we spoke in spanish amongst ourselves in regards to the housekeeping and just a very nasty attitude in general. Overall, it is a good stay because it is a 15 minute walk to disneyland and only use it to sleep. But this experience, was a complete letdown compared to my other stays here.

ThI AC kept turning off and did not cool the room. Room was clean. Night check in gal was super nice but the one in the morning.. talk about attitude. One thing that threw my family and I was there “complementary breakfast” was actually just granola bars…
