The room smelled nice, but the hallway, depending on the time, smelled like some cigarette smoke. It sounded like someone was smoking on the second floor. The room was good, but it seemed like they don't do maintenance (the toilet and shower curtain had problems, but we could live with them).I had asked the attendant for the best room she could offer, explaining that I had my family with me. I felt like she offered me something different from what I had asked for. Even the room number was written on a tape. The cleaning lady was very nice, but clearly had no training in how to practice hygiene during the cleaning process. She placed the used towels on top of the clean towels in her cart because she didn't have a suitable place for the used ones. The sheets covering one of the beds had holes in them that were caused by cigarettes. The room didn't smell of cigarettes. The fact that the room doesn't have a bad smell, for me that's worth more than the problems mentioned here (but the issue of the towels, that's also worth a lot for me; but I I saw that it was not a procedure, but an exception due to lack of space. Even so, how often does this happen? Are all the sheets changed if they look clean?)).
