Great hotel room and view while facing the ocean from the second floor balcony. The only thing was the noisy seals.. If I had stayed longer than 1 night.. Its possible that I would have been bothered by there noise but regardless.. I wasn't and it was beautiful. Anna was a great welcome to the establishment and she was very nice and pleasant. Thanks Anna! You are a wonderful addition to that hotel!!!!Room service came and we're very welcoming and well tipped for that! Thanks and hope to see y'all in the future

The staff is very friendly, helpful and attentive. We had great interactions with the night front desk and the valets. The room was freshened up daily and looks just like the pictures. The restaurant onsite also had great food and service. I highly recommend paying a little more for the water view rooms. We enjoyed the seal lions and boats. The boat side is ok, but is mostly a view of the power plant. There is no direct beach access and it is a bit of a walk. If you are up for it, you have Redondo Beach 15 minutes walk south and Hermosa a 15 minute walk north, making it a great location for exploring. Would definitely stay again.

great balcony view of harbor, ocean no toilet paper holder (roll on flush tank), no towel bar, no bar soap, no bathrobe, no chair for reading, no light for reading in bed $7 in room, 375mi water in room...elkay water filter in lobby.. the only be efit from the "resort fee"...I'm not price sensitive, but why do they charge so much per day per person for a phony resort fee? why not just charge for the room?
