Door hinge broke - door only opened half way. Told staff said they stake care of once we check out. When checked in they tried get me to pay for room again after I had paid when I booked an had receipt. Once I said something to them and showed receipt they said sorry. Bed was really hard.

The bathroom had a stale urine smell. They say that the rooms are sound proof that is not true we could hear pounding and stopping from rooms next to and above us. People was running up the halls throughout the night knocking on our door. Staff was nice. The breakfast was good.
