Rooms are adequate, tub and showers need updates; low water pressure, permanent stains and slow drains are typical. On the latest visit clothes and toiletries were thrown out while I was at work. I was willing to accept the mistake but was essentially told tough luck and was given conflicting stories as to why exactly they had taken this action. I had two other instances on other stays where issues or requests were met with a cold shoulder so clearly customer service and returning customers are not important to them.
