Bathroom was dirty. Had to clean it before we used it. Other than that the 3 day stay was great! Traveled for work. Nice and quiet place. Staff was good and friendly.

Sheets had stains, bedding had stains, no shampoo in the bathroom, sink was leaking underneath. Had to go and buy bedding to sleep in the bed because staff said they couldn’t get new bedding till the next day. Overall would not ever stay again at a red roof inn

I would like to get this a 2 1/2 stars as you get what you pay for. It was a decent place to be able to store your luggage, sleep, and shower. Although they are trying to update the rooms, the building is in search old conditions that the repairs look like they were done by your brother-in-law instead of a professional. The staff were nice when we had to deal with them, which was very minimal and they did allow us to check in early. The amenities in the room were very minimal. It was nice that they had a refrigerator which barely worked in my room and a microwave. They had a Soap dispenser at sink with conditioner and body lotion and the shower had shower gel and shampoo, but neither of those were usable. The room smelled like smoke severely when we checked in and I had requested non-smoking rooms. I had to buy two cans of air sanitizer and it took three days to clear it out. Had stayed at this location a few times before and always enjoyed it due to it being what I consider prime location in town. I did notice a new hotel behind it, which I will probably elect to book instead of this one this time. It was extremely noisy at night with some of their more permanent guest playing Loud thumping music.

This was one of the worst stays of my life. Used towels in our bathroom. Black curly hairs on the shower wall, towels and pillow. The heating did not work. If it were not -10 outside, I’d rather sleep on my car. The receptionist ignored us, he was in the back on his phone. Had to call reception twice in order to get basic service. This establishment should not be allowed on hotels.com. They need to downgrade their hotel rating to a 0 star, 2 stars is far too generous.

The room was dirty upon arrival. It smelled as though someone had just used the bathroom & there was something disgusting on the floor, I am telling myself it was food, but jury is out. If I could have changed hotels, I would have. The fact that this is endorsed by hotels.com is disgraceful.
