The staff at check in was extremely rude. He informed me my reservation was cancelled and the property was sold out. After he figured out what happened, I was able to go to my room. The ceiling in my room had water damage from a leak in the room above mine and the CA was extremely loud. I only stayed in the room for 5 hours before driving home. Location was what I was looking for and will more than likely stay again due to location, nothing else.

I have stayed at dozens of places over the past 2-3 years. This has been one of the better places I have stayed. The staff was courteous and helpful while the property was maintained and clean. Although housekeeping did visit the room while I was there, I do believe it could have been a bit more “housekeeping”, maybe that is the new way, but I always remember housekeeping doing more.

Our first room was overpowered by the chemicals. We assumed that's just how they cleaned. The balcony smelled like human urine. Upon waking up it was evident the chemicals were being used to mask the human urine smell which was coming from the AC. From what I figured someone peed on the AC unit from outside. We had to switch rooms. I'm disabled and this was a huge expenditure of energy. There were puddles of filthy water everywhere. Stairs were constantly wet and slippery. The elevator was out of order. The pool area was nice except getting to it you were walking under power washers dripping filthy water on you. Complete waste of money. The only reason we didn't leave is we had an issue with our vehicle and had to wait for a part to come in.
