スタッフの方々の対応がとても素晴らしい。みんな感じが良くイレギュラーな事へも即座にに対応してくださいました。 せっかく準備していただいたお料理を食べる事ができず申し訳ありませんでした。おにぎりがとても心にしみました。 部屋からの景色も星の観察も最高でした。 またここに泊まりたいねと話しています。 ただ部屋の洗面台左側が水がなかなか流れていかない、お風呂のお湯もある一定量まで排水されるとそこから排水されない感じでした。 詰まっているのかな… そこだけ気になりました。 とてもいいホテルでしたので是非また伺いたいと思います。 素敵な時間をありがとうございました。

三連休と夏休みの初日ということで、値段設定が高い時期でした。正直、この規模で高いなーと思って予約を取りました。建物も年季が入っており、部屋の壁紙も剥がれかかってる箇所もたり、コンセントも少なくて不便でした。ですが、家族３人が過ごすには順番な広さがあり、大浴場も露天風呂もとても満足出来ました。夕食は日本料理のお店しか予約が取れず、和食が苦手な私には食べれないものもありましたが、最終的にはお腹いっぱいになり、他の家族には好評でした。朝食は洋食が選べたので、ビュッフェとは違って、落ち着いて食事ができました。朝から大満足な朝食で、スタッフの気遣いも完璧でした。予約時の予想に反して、また利用したいと思うホテルです。星空観測がチェックイン時には全て満席で参加出来なかったことだけ残念でした。
