For the location it wasn’t bad. Beds weren’t that comfortable and a lot of activity at night but it was clean place to sleep

Dirty. No shampoo or soap. Lots of shady characters wandering about the parking lot and walkways. Young women with no shoes going in various rooms and wandering the area. Broken steps and holes in the walls. Bed had hair on the sheets. Nice clerk upon checkin.

I was anxious that my credit card details were hand written on a pce of paper. The room had a hand mended cover on the bed. Was clean given it is an old building. The towels were small and thin.Didnt feel safe at all. More so the people in the area. Not necesarily the staff. Was ok but i feel coukd be cleaner

Eh.. go next door.

Convenient stop, per friendly although no grassy area for your pet. Service was veey nice durinf check in. The room was not great ( and I was told it was better than a room I was initially being given). Very run down in need of updates, maintenance and paint! My toilet was broken and continued to run all night long.

Not a Safe Area outside the Hotel

BAD AREA OF TOWN! Food places wouldn't deliver here. Gates to protect the parking lot at night. A lot of homeless, drug users, etc. Businesses/Food places nearby are all closed. Hotel is clean but not very safe outside. Felt very nervous when having to go outside the hotel.

its a very run down place it was a better place 6 years back once i check in notice the smell of weed and smoke plus the holes in the walls check under the sheets found a cockrouch in the bed running across the sheets killed took it to the manager and said im not sleeping here. i would just like my deposit back and cancel the room plus at first try to get in the room key card didn't work. no toilet paper in the bath room. alot of homeless people right outside the property. next door was a waffle house but close down. the area was great 6 years ago that was my first reason for going back plus i want a good nite rest tomorrow i got a important VETERANS APPOINTMENT AT THE MAIN HOSPITAL IN ALBUQUERQUE. so i left and check into another area Albuquerque were it was almost full and rates were higher in the late evening. it seem most place went up 20 bucks more at the last minute check in which suck so i guess the websites has its way on making money too.

Ok stay. Staff was not knowledgeable about prepayment and thus I had to double pay. However, after contacting you I was eventually refunded my money.

This was the worst place I have ever stayed. No shower curtain, smelled like smoke, no toiletries, had to climb up to 3rd floor on steps, place was filthy, cockroaches, hard lumpy beds, I booked king room, got two full size. The breakfast was cereal and white toast. The list goes on. You should stop bookings at this place. The health department needs to step in.

Floor was very sticky, it needed to be mopped. Faucet in the tub would not turn off completely, water dripped the whole time we were there. No toilet paper or towels in the room. Very sketchy neighborhood lots of homeless people everywhere. Would not recommend.

We checked into the hotel and immediately found the room was uninhabitable and not as advertised. There were cockroaches in the room, the toilet would not stop running, and there was a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the space. Because of these unsanitary and unusable conditions, we left immediately and did not stay overnight. We strongly recommend that other travelers avoid this hotel. I have never had such a horrible experience in my life from a hotel.

10/10 Exceptional

This motel that I stayed at for 4 days yes they were nice to a point there was some cleanliness issues and there were bed bugs and then the workers wanted to sit there and over charge you after you already paid for your stay there online through hotels.com and then they wanted to sit there and argue with me saying they're going to call the cops to get me out of there cuz I didn't pay anything I had to sit there and go through all my email so I can find my I'm January so I can show them that I was paid for in full and so they owe me $80 for paying one night the first night there in cash but I shouldn't have paid anything in cash because it was included in my hotel stay that I paid for online through hotels.com so I do not recommend this motel to anybody because these people are a rip-off and once again they have bed bugs

2/10 Poor

The room was infested by roaches, and the stairwell was blocked by vending machines. I talked to the front desk, and he apologized, and cancelled my reservation. I reached out to Hotels.com for a refund, but the hotel lied to them and said I was offered a different room, so I haven't been refunded. I reported the property to the City of Albuquerque, for the fire hazard, and requested a chargeback from my credit card company for the room.

There was a dog in the room when we checked in. There were some transient people around the neighborhood, so checked on our car every couple of hours to ensure it was safe.
