The property is older but in decent shape. The staff is nice. My room needed new batteries in the door lock and TV remote, but we got that squared away. I like the fact that the HVAC controls are still on the unit, so it doesn't have the stupid heat/cool mode that wastes energy and makes other rooms uncomfortable.

We got a disgusting room at first.. dirty room, feces in the toilet, microwave not clean, room smelt bad, sheets not clean.. then got switched to a room that was still dirty but more doable. Will never be back!

The room was decent the floor xould have been cleaned a little better. The toilet was still a little dirty with urine stains on the back as well as a poop stain on the seat lid. Other than that the room was okay.

Room was visibly dirty

Room was dirty. Housekeeping had clearly been in there since the bed was made and the towels were all folded. There were multiple hairs in the shower, the bathroom was covered with grit and dirt, and the shower was grimey. The thermostat did not work so it was 76 degrees in the room all night. The room was noisy, as in several things inside the room made various noises throughout the night. The floors had visible dirt on them. The security lock was broken and it looked like the door had been broken into at some point. We arrived late and left early and was too exhausted to go and try and get another room.

Reasonable price and friendly staff.

The room I was in can use some updating. The bed had a low spot on the right side. Regulating the shower temperature was a challenge and the sink fixture needed tightening. i was a little surprised that the sink outlet, was not a GFCI. I like the fact that the HVAC was not remoted, because I could select heat mode and lwer the temp without kickin on the compressor. The room was quiet as long as the bathroom light/fan was off. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Skip if you can

Room we were assigned was in back of property away from any other filled rooms. Opened door and an almost wet-dog smell hit us, one light didn’t work at all, the room looked like it never got vacuumed or dusted and there were clothes left by whomever had been there last. When trying to call the desk the phone didn’t work. When I finally got in touch over cell they did change our room to a room up front of property that at least was doable, working lights and looked cleaner. We were just looking for a place to sleep for the night and had booked a week in advance.

Poor value at any price

This hotel has been rated good by travellers. This makes me distrust this rating. Poor would be a generous rating. Some of our party had to switch rooms twice due to blocked toilets. In our room the sink was blocked and the power socket for the hairdryer had no electricity.

It was absolutely filthy. And they charged me extra money upon arrival. The room had mold all over the ceiling and dirty floors and carpet. The place was full of prostitues and drug addicts. I had my children with me. We left 5 min after being in the room. This place should not be able to be booked through your app.

I have to say my stay was good and I would stay there again. The room was generally clean but you could tell the table and chair hadn't been wiped down recently. The bed was large and comfortable, and the covers were clean, but the sheets were wrinkled. There were NO pests on the bed I'm happy to say.The non-smoking room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke when I first entered and the smell lingered. The bathroom was clean and well provisioned with soap, towels, wash clothes and toilet paper. The price was very reasonable, and the hotel was near a Denny's and a Wendy's.

My experience to staying at red roof inn,Washington,pa was excellent and amazing. I really appreciate the hospitality of staff members and property itself was nice and friendly environment. The rooms were nice and clean with fully equipped comfortable beds and properly maintained one. I highly recommend it to stay next time.
