The hotel is incredibly sketchy. There were people sitting in cars all around the building. Just sitting there. It made me feel unsafe as the rooms were exterior entry. When we got into our room it STUNK! A mixture of mold and pot. The front desk person was incredibly nice and gave us another option but this room was dirty, and musty smelling. In the end they gave us a refund and we found somewhere else to stay.

Surprised by the clean and welcoming feeling of this motel. Our bathroom was tiny but we had 2 king beds in our room with a good sized tv, mini fridge and microwave. Very clean.

This hotel was horrible. The room was infested with mosquitoes and nets bugs. Everywhere it was dust. It was nuts and bugs on the wall. It was bugs in the sink. It was bugs flying around. We literally had to put mask on to go to sleep. The room was disgusting with nets and flies and bugs everywhere, the walls were dirty. The bathroom walls were dirty. I would never ever stay here again and I do not recommend staying at all. Do not waste your money. Pay to stay 10 miles away from the hotel opposed to staying at this particular one which is not worth it.

We have been coming to this property on numerous occasions due to its proximity to Cedar Point. Over the course of our last few stays, we have noticed a decline in the cleanliness of the hotel. Unfortunately we may not be returning unless there are changes made to cleaning procedures. On a positive move, the morning breakfast lady is always hustling and has the most positive and friendly attitude. We love her!

I stayed at this property a few years ago and the rooms were not great. When I stayed this time I could tell they had just been renovated. Everything was new, clean, and all the staff I interacted with during my stay had a smile on their face. I will definitely stay here again.

We always stay here when we come to Sandusky. For the price, this place is a steal! Breakfast area is very clean and the breakfast attendent on Friday 10-11 was amazing! my kids just loved her! a very nice experience! definately recommend!!!

I have stayed here 6 or 7 times while visiting Cedar Point over the last two years. I have noticed that each room could be rated differently. I’ve had rooms that were clean, spotless, and everything in working order. I’ve had rooms that were semi clean with updates needed. My experience it’s a gamble of what your room conditions going to be. Staff is super friendly and the property felt safe and secure.

I had to get on and rave about the woman who oversees the breakfast area. Rhonda was the friendliest host I have ever met in all my travels. She made sure everyone in the breakfast area knew the lay of the land, greeted each person, anticipated needs, and quickly cleaned up when they left (after saying goodbye)! She TRULY cares about her customers and what she does. Plus, they have an automated pancake maker!! No, I didn’t say waffle maker like most places. It makes 2 pancakes! Too cool. The hotel was clean and our room was nice. No complaints. Also just outside Cedar Point’s main entrance. We will definitely stay there again!
