The person working the desk was very polite and nice. The hotel was an absolute hot dumpster fire. The entire site is essentially still under repair from a major storm in the fall of 2024. The room was absolutely filthy with black tar stains on the chair and floor. The whole place reeked of grease and cigarette smoke. The majority of the tenants sat in their room with the doors open and talking very loudly. It was a disaster

Our room reaked of cigarettes, staff working outside of our room were very noisy. No traction or mat of any kind in the tub which was very slippery. None of the ice machines worked. Front desk guy was very friendly and helpful.

This was an absolute horrible nightmare of a hotel and you should be embarrassed to have it in your listings for someone to book it. Very dirty property and our “non-smoking” rooms had only not been smoked in since the person that had them before us checked out that day. Our clothing and belongings we put in the room with us absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke when we left there. I told the front desk person and he was about as apathetic as he could be about it. No towels in the room, no garbage can, no remote control and no covers on 99% of the electrical outlets. It was a horrible experience and we had two rooms booked and piled up in the one that smelled the least of smoke of the two.

Hotel room was horrible and the room was not clean and not ideal for family at all as the room was smelling with cigarette smoke and ashes was all around the room.

Bad: Office is not attached to rooms. Too dark around buildings. Outlet at sink don't have a cover. Good: Reasonable price. Bed linens, towels were clean. Bed was comfortable. Heater worked good. Check in and out was quick. Soap and shampoo provided.

The room was clean but missing the smoke alarm and couple lamp shades, downside tons of homeless, hookers, garbage and mass amounts of screaming and fighting

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They definitely made the place more personable. However, the rooms themselves were not the cleanest. The floors felt sticky and the counter and table tops were not the cleanest. The smell of smoke kept coming through the bathroom vents and door even though we were in a smoke-free room. I had to go out to get an air purifier to make it manageable and even then the smell from surrounding smokers made it tough at times.
