Worst stay ever!

The reception was super unorganized, I understand their system was down. However, they gave us the key to a room that was occupied and they brushed off like nothing. The quality of rooms was terrible, dirty and not ready.

Nice stay

It was a nice older hotel. The bed was super comfortable and had nice smushy pillows. The walls are this and I had loud neighbors but they calmed down at midnight. Overall the hotel was a nice stay. Easy access and friendly staff, comfortable and clean.

This place is a dumpster fire the owner I assume an Asian man, rude very short, makes you feel very unwelcome. I stayed at the same hotel when it was actually not rundown and in good condition and I was impressed. Unfortunately Maintenance has lapsed and the staffing is horrible.

Out stay was nice. Customer service is absolutely terrible. I realized when I got home I was missing my swimsuit I was told by one employee they found d it and could ship it to me, I told him I would have the money the next day I would call back then. When I called back I spoke to a woman she said she was getting ready to end her shift and would check with her co worker and call me back the next day. She never called me back so when I called back she told me they didn’t have it and lied about telling me she would call me back. When I tried to ask when her co worker that told me he had it would be in she said I can’t give you anyone’s schedule. Now I guess I keep calling until I speak to him. I’m thinking someone took it home. Which days inn policy is they have to hold onto belongings for at least 30 days.

Very disappointed

At first the office attendant booked my parents in for 1 bight instead of 4 and they got locked out of their room on day 2. Secondly this trip was for my parents who have limited mobility. I emailed the hotel right after I booked months ahead of time that they needed a bottom floor room. When they checked in they were not given a bottom floor room. They have no elevator. All they told them was they did not qualify. Lastly my parents talked with the manager about this and he told my parents that he would call me that day at 3pm and he never did call to make things write.

Room was small. Some light switches didn't work. TV was dysfunctional (had to unplug to turn off, remote didn't control anything).Housekeeping was incompetent (had 2 tubes of conditioner and no shampoo, 1 roll of tp, door leaked air under bottom).

No thank you!

Filthy room, bedding, Hot tub messed up, pool no heat. Staff not avail as needed. Pictures look great online from like 20 years ago. I refused to sleep there! My best friend as well. We sat at the table, not ideal for an influencer video, situation. This was a very special meeting. I’ll never go back! Rude staff!
