This place is a dumpster fire the owner I assume an Asian man, rude very short, makes you feel very unwelcome. I stayed at the same hotel when it was actually not rundown and in good condition and I was impressed. Unfortunately Maintenance has lapsed and the staffing is horrible.

Very disappointed

At first the office attendant booked my parents in for 1 bight instead of 4 and they got locked out of their room on day 2. Secondly this trip was for my parents who have limited mobility. I emailed the hotel right after I booked months ahead of time that they needed a bottom floor room. When they checked in they were not given a bottom floor room. They have no elevator. All they told them was they did not qualify. Lastly my parents talked with the manager about this and he told my parents that he would call me that day at 3pm and he never did call to make things write.

Filthy room, bedding, Hot tub messed up, pool no heat. Staff not avail as needed. Pictures look great online from like 20 years ago. I refused to sleep there! My best friend as well. We sat at the table, not ideal for an influencer video, situation. This was a very special meeting. I’ll never go back! Rude staff!

I reserved a double room with a king bed, they gave me a single from with a double bed, after asking the gave me a room with a king bed and the rook was the size aof a closet. I refused to stay and they refused to refund my money. We went to Shilo down the road and rented a very nice room. This hotel was old, rundown and just all arwoung looked like a halfway house.

It wasn’t quiet, could hear people on each side of us and down below us. The staff came crashing through the door, trying to get in while we were sleeping, cause they didn’t know who was in our room. Now it looks like they’re trying to double charge me not too happy.

Clean but showing signs of age.

This property was not maintained very well. It was clean, but was showing signs of neglect. Our "view" from our window was of several derelict cars, an old boat that had been sitting there a long time, and an excavator that was covered by a tarp. The service here was excellent though. They originally put us on the second floor, which I could not do as there was no elevator (recent back surgery). They were quick to get us into a first floor room. We heard people showering from the rooms next to us, and every footstep from the people in the room above us. If you are expecting any sort of view(Being one block from the ocean) you will be sadly dissapointed.

Might want to look elsewhere

A weekend get away for us to the Ocean. Wish the hotel wouldnt have tried to charge my card before we showed up, since we paid extra to "pay at property". Breakfast had no protein beyond cheap yogurt. Not a clean property and room had lots of little areas of damage.
