There was damage in the room (holes in the wall, shelf falling down), and when reported the staff said “ok, I will let the manager know” but there was no effort to fix it or offer to move to another room.
The staff seemed nice but not very helpful. For example we asked for towels several times (we only had 2 in the room) and never got them. Also, the breakfast was disappointing and the pool was very cloudy to the point you couldn’t see the bottom.
