Shower spout leaking, filling tub up fast while showering. Notified front desk at checkout and they already knew about it. Don’t think they should’ve rented the room in that condition considering the hotel was not fully occupied.Breakfast was very good. Room was clean. Parking good. Convenient location.

We love this place . Had to stay here one year bc. I got confused of our travel plans and we had no where to stay the first night. They took us in with open arms and a nice room !! We make a point to go back here every year as tradition ! It’s our first nights stay … and eat breakfast at Riverstone Restaurant right down the road ( although this place has a full breakfast stead ?? ) …. Then we visit Cades Cove that’s just past Riverstone …… I highly recommend it ! —- and they have a nice area to walk on a long side walk for excercise !!

The room was reasonably clean. The bathroom floor and around the shower wasn’t as clean as I like it. No Kleenex type tissue in room, which we usually find in a hotel. Toilet paper was tissue thin. The towels were rough. The manager was super friendly. It’s a shame they have to clean the rooms themselves as can’t get any help that wants to work.

This is one of the cleanest hotels we’ve ever stayed at! The room was plenty spacious, very well priced, breakfast was great with several options available, and it was centrally located to the town. The staff put it over the top for us — extremely kind and helpful, with an obvious amount of pride in what they were doing there — whether it was checking us in, cleaning, or offering breakfast! That impressed us the most! We rarely take the time to write reviews, but they are deserving — so here we are! 10 out of 10!!!
