The outside of this motel did not represent the inside. When I arrived I thought I had made a mistake booking. The room was very nice and clean. Everything in the room was new. I will book here again when I come back. I would like to see the outside cleaned up. I think it would definitely help with business for people driving through looking for a place to stay. My overall experience was good though. Nice attraction either way you go. And the mountains are absolutely beautiful!

Room was clean and the service friendly but there were 2 outlets in our room that didn’t work and hairdryer was broke, had to request new one in the morning. No breakfast but coffe and tea in the morning.

I had a long drive from Nashville and didn’t get there until 12:30am. The guy at the front desk was so nice and even gave me some tums for my heartburn lol. The room was clean and the bed was so comfy! I will definitely be staying again on my next trip!!

Lobby could have been nicer, but room was reasonably up to date and clean. Staff was attentive, friendly and helpful.
All in all, pretty good for a budget friendly hotel.

Standing water in floor (we cleaned up), broken ac, headboard fell off wall, other bed frame broke, toilet wobbled, key cards stopped working several times, didn’t bring clean towels or provide enough towels for 3. Didn’t offer a discount or different room until 10:30 the night the night we were leaving. She said “my manager said if you leave now we will refund your money and you can go to Boone”. I told her it was too late and shut the door. No continental breakfast or even a place for a continental breakfast so that is just a straight up lie. The lobby has strong potpourri that the desk clerk referred to as the stank lol. My mom and another lady were struggling to breathe. It was extremely loud at night and there were shady cars in and out that didn’t need to be there. The room has been renovated and is lovely however it fell apart quickly.
