Initially at check-in we were told the pool was closed for maintenance. Then later, was told it was fixed and open. There was a layer of film on top of the water and it was freezing cold. The room itself smelled weird but appeared clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was awful. We ended up going out for breakfast. The photos listed on the website are not of the hotel itself.

Terrible
This is worst hotel we ever stayed in. Floors were dirty throughout the hotel, the pool water had a film on it, wouldn’t recommend any to swim there. The breakfast was sub par. There was someone else’s bra left in closet shelf. The bathrooms were dingy and had stains on towels. No workers to be found ever. We were there for Miami orientation so I didn’t have time to alert staff of basic cleanliness.

Pool was closed "for maintenance." Breakfast buffet trays were empty the first morning. Otherwise a nice stay.

The property needs a facelift. The pool was broken. Our room was dirty, The breakfast was terrible—one of the sausages was dry as the Sahara and I fear had been reheated from the breakfast the day before. So glad I didn’t get food poisoning. The fried eggs looked like little yellow rubbery pancakes.
The man at the check in desk was polite enough but cheerless, lethargic, and incredibly slow at his job. The equipment behind the desk used to process my payment and check us in looked like what they used back in the 1980s. I believe the staff should tour a few other hotels just to see how others manage guests. We asked the man at check in if he had any restaurant recommendations for us, and he couldn’t think of a single one. It was weird.
