This is such a nice place to stay and relax. The service was amazing, friendly, and caring. The breakfast was incredible. All homemade breads, cakes, and super delicious. There are many board games to have fun. Just a block from the beach. Truly a relaxing experience!

Unsafe construction in paradise location

Excellent location close to the beach in a mostly undeveloped area at few minutes from piriapolis. My issue is with the quality of the construction of this place. Decks were mostly unsafe and clearly not built up to code. Everything from windows to electrical installation seemed to have been built by an amateur builder. Reception closes at 8pm and is hard to find. This wasn’t communicated beforehand.

Excelentemente ubicado , muy buen desayuno , súper anfitrionas las chicas del buffet y de la recepción . La limpieza no me dejo del todo satisfecho , toallas muy viejas y manchadas, en mi estadía no notamos limpieza a fondo , especialmente en los baños , la cabaña que me toco eran de las más antiguas , a las cuales le faltaba algo de mantenimiento. Pero en fin , nuestro objetivo era solamente dormir , así que cumplió el objetivo . La encargada siempre muy atenta a los detalles. Enero tenemos pensado volver , a la zona , pero seguramente conociendo otro hospedaje .

Pontos a melhorar

O hotel tem um estilo aconchegante, mas foi decepcionante lidar com o banheiro sem box, que ficava muito sujo. Como o hotel não conta com limpeza do quarto diária, o banheiro foi um ponto de grande chateação. Também tem muito pernilongo, só é possível dormir passando e repassando repelente. Além disso o hotel fica em um local sem estrutura, não há restaurante, barzinho, mercado, você fica totalmente dependente de carro, já que delivery ali também é precário. Os atendentes são simpáticos e solícitos e o hotel tem a proposta legal, só falta um pouco mais de estrutura, poucas alterações fariam a experiência nessa acomodação muito melhor.
