Une nuit pour une étape, hôtel ok mais sans plus.

La chambre pour 4 est peu spacieuse, SDB idem: il faut pas être épais. Il manquait de chaise pour mettre ses affaires et d’espace pour les valises. Les stores étaient un peu poussiéreux et difficile à fermer. On voit dans votre chambre si vous fermez pas ( vue côté rue pas vue Marina). Le réfrigérateur et machine à café sont bienvenus, ainsi que le ventilateur (on a eu du mal à en comprendre le fonctionnement). Bonne literie. Pliage des serviettes sympa, merci! Gros complexe hôtelier mais peu d’espace comme pour l’espace pour le petit dej. Petit dej uniquement des trucs sous plastique pas bon du tout et personnel pas très agréable. Personnel à la réception ok mais sans plus ce qui est très rare aux US. Chouette piscine.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft... Preis Leistung passt...kleine Mängel aber sonst alles in Ordnung... Frühstück ist leider immer das gleiche aber es reicht...und was auch wichtig ist der Parkplatz für das Leihauto ist auch umsonst...gibt ja viele Hotels wo das Zimmer noch mehr kosten und man den Parkplatz noch extra bezahlen muss...

Allergy issues

Our room had a musty smell which is bad for allergy/asthma sufferers like me. However, our friends had a beautiful room in a different building that did not have musty smell. Otherwise, the grounds, pool, and restaurant were all beautiful and we would definitely go back. Thanks

WORST TRAVEL EXPERIENCE EVER!!

This was, without a doubt, the WORST travel experience I have ever had. It was a stressful day anyway as we were traveling during the brush fires in March 2025 and road to Keys was constantly being closed and re-opened the day we were arriving. But...and this is where this property COMPLETELY FAILED once we arrived (due to road closures, etc arrival was after 2 AM), the lobby in the "sister property" we had to find (since this property didn't staff their front desk after 10 PM), was deserted. I loudly called several times but got no response. I then called the property from my phone while standing in the lobby; no answer. I called and 2nd time and finally aroused someone. It was very dark at that time of the morning (property not well-lit at all) and he wasn't at all helpful in directing us in finding our room.. We wandered around tired, upset and just needing a bed and shower until we, finally, at last found the room on the 4th floor. Room numbers were not visible from the ground so we had to travel upstairs on several buildings to finally find our room. The condition of the room was far, far below "good" even; photos online very deceptive. Bathroom door (pocket door) was hung incorrectly and scraped loudly every time it was open/closed - large scrape marks in the door). The only thing remotely acceptable/nice about the room was the view. We would NEVER stay here again and would warn any friends/family to stay away if looking for a place in the upper keys.

Great staff

Hotel was wonderful and in a wonderful location. Great view of the water for the channel, easy walking distance to great restaurants. Overall experience was great. The hotel is showing some sign of wear and needed repairs. It is easily made up for by the wonderful staff from the front desk to the cleaners.
