We arrived at the hotel a bit earlier than the check in time. We were advised the room was ready and the staff was lovely. We then went to the room and after a while we were came back down to eat and go to the pool, we looked at the pool and was so tiny, I have seen house pools bigger than this, we set down at the bar and were told that they do not serve any food besides the breakfast. We then went to eat something outside the restaurant.
At that moment I contacted hotels.com (I made the reservation with them) and advised that we wanted to change our reservation to just 1 night instead of 2, they said they tried to call the restaurant and they did not answer. We went back in and I told the reception that we wanted to check out earlier, the staff called the manager/owner who just spoke with the staff in Albanian and completely ignored us and told the staff that we could check out earlier but they wouldn’t do a refund. The day after, the breakfast was horrible and super poor. The toilet is tiny and the shower area very small. We checked out as we would rather loose the money of the night then having to stay there for another night. In the morning the hotels.com called the manager/owner who once again said she would not give the refund, she ignored us the whole time even when we were doing the check ouT. The staff is very young and lovely but it is outrageous to charge the prices they do, it looks like q house converted into a hotel. Do not stay there
