Amazing leadership at this hotel!

We cannot say enough great things about Danielle and the entire Sleep Inn crew in Bend, OR! We originally booked just two nights before and after our PCT hike, but when bad weather forced us off the trail, this team truly saved our trip. Danielle, Nikita, and Michael went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. Danielle in particular runs the best Sleep Inn we’ve ever stayed at — everything was clean, comfortable, and the hospitality was second to none. What was supposed to be a quick two-night stay turned into four nights, and we were so grateful to be in such good hands. If you’re looking for a place in Bend where the staff treats you like family, this is it. Absolutely outstanding service!

Comfortable and clean. Pool was closed, but the hot tub was open. We did not use it, but had a view from our room and it looked clean. Shower's water pressure was a little weak, but not terrible. Breakfast was great. Hot food options, as well as cereal, muffins, yogurt, oatmeal, etc...
