Enjoyed our stay.

Melissa was very welcoming and fast at check-in. Breakfast was not to good as the juice machine was out but they had a sunny d bottle. It was cold biscuits and warm gravy. The trash can had some brown stuff that got on my hand when i threw a napkin away. I just got coffee and left. We enjoyed our stay. Other than that we had breakfast elsewhere. We will be back to stay ❤️

We thought the beds were very comfortable and the rooms had everything we needed. The front desk clerk was very professional, polite and accommodating. My only negative which is unfortunately a major strike is that we thought the room was not as clean as other hotels we've stayed in. It was grimy in the bathroom. I actually wondered if it had been cleaned. It also had a stinky smell to it. We also found a bug on the bedside table the following morning. The cleanliness was honestly my only problem. Everything else was exactly what we needed.

Shocked

Front Desk Clerk was great! Very welcoming and nice. As far as the room, we stayed 2 nights, room was not cleaned, towels were not replenished, there was trash under the pull out couch, comforter had black stain, restroom shower had mold, the shower drain had a glob of hair stuck in it, the refrigerator didn't work nor did the microwave.. it was very disappointing to see this.. i know things are missed from time to time, but I work in a similar industry and we do inspections of our rooms/cabins to make sure that our housekeeping didn't miss anything... do better

Disappointing

The best part about this stay was the ease of booking the room. The night desk clerk thought he was a comedian and answering simple questions were inappropriate comments to the point of rudeness. Once in the room, several lights wouldn’t come on, and it was because they were unplugged. The room had a mini fridge and microwave, but neither would work nor would the tv turn on. Discovered they were all unplugged from the wall. Seems housekeeping would make sure all devices were plugged in and ready to use when the room was ready. Had the worst night’s sleep. Between the air conditioner motor squealing every time it came on, the toilet filling loudly multiple times through the night, and the loud voices in the hallway, we got very little rest. The bed was uncomfortably firm. The breakfast buffet consisted of all carb options and yogurt. No eggs or breakfast meat. Not worth the low price

The front desk was top-notch service. If your hotel matched the energy of your front desk service it would have been five stars The dog barking for hours next door sucked. Front desk dude was a life saver. The towels smelled musty Overall 2/5

Good nights rest

This is our 4th stay in 2025. Front desk employee on check in was extremely nice, friendly, and fun to talk to. Room was clean and I was able to sleep in without anyone knocking on my door to clean the room. Heater worked well enough where I could turn it down 3 degrees less than what I usually have it set at.

Worst hotel in years

TV in our room did not work, the intire place was filthy, the AC/Heat in the room was covered in dust and it was hard so it hadn’t been cleaned in probably months or longer, when asking the staff to help fix the tv he came up and unplugged it and plugged it back in and blamed it on the service provider. Then said he had to move us rooms but wouldn’t have one available for “a while” and we had somewhere to be. When returning to the room th tv still did not work. We tried to use the pull out couch bed for my daughter to lay on and it is literally just springs cover in cloth. This is one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed
