Very clean but the shower unit could do with an update and also somewhere to hang the large bath towels after use would be good. The gardens are magnificent. Set in lovely gardens with a "sun trap" terrace to sit an enjoy the view. Lovely room, great hosts and an excellent breakfast. Not far from Conwy, the coast or Snowdonia National Park it's set in great location. We would definitely visit again.

We received a warm welcome from Sandra, the proprietor when we arrived. Our room was beautifully decorated and the view over the gardens and surrounding countryside were lovely. Breakfast was served in the dining room. As a vegetarian and a coeliac vegan we were well catered for with smoothies, fresh fruit, soua yoghurt and a cooked breakfast.
