On one of the nights we stayed, there were children running up and down the corridors all night. When we complained to the hotel staff, as the children were disturbing out sleep, they told us 'they're just children and to use ear-plugs'. Terrible service from the hotel staff. Will not be staying there again.

Booked a suite. The best they had.
Linen had not been charged. Pillow covers had oil stains.
Floor had biscuit.
No towel provided.
Had to wait for a long time at the reception. They could find Expedia booking even after giving the Refrence number and payment receipt.

Check in was difficult, they don’t accept international CC, I had to pay for currency exchange (demanding cash is ridiculous).My mom was coughing and asked for single bottle of water as she was choking for front desk agent replied “there is a charge for that”. No empathy at all.
Learn hospitality if u are in business of one. Bell staff and housekeepers were amazing! Overall ambiance is good but staff really needs to learn hospitality including manager.Room lacks of all the amenities. I believe they want to become international franchise but their foundation is weak. Crucial need of revising and revisiting there procedures.
