I checked in at 10pm, the front desk had the security gate closed. Fortunately, the lady who had just clocked out did help me out. When I entered the hallway to go to my room, I was hit with a terrible odor- smelled that way the whole trip. My room did not smell, thankfully. The bed was made up nice, but the room itself wasn’t very clean. The walls had visible dust bunnies all over, the floors were sticky so I wore my shoes at all times aside from sleeping. The party noises from neighboring rooms was constant- unfortunately there was no one to ask to ask these guests to quiet down at 3am. There were no amenities. I literally had a small bar of soap, 2 washcloths and two towels, none smelling fresh. There were not any kitchen ware to use….. makes it difficult to utilize a kitchen when you can’t cook. I will not be staying here again nor will I recommend anyone else to. All in all

Our stay as a family of 6 was decent. The room is more than big enough to fit us all, but the walls and floors are so thin, you could hear everything that happens. Our first night, the cops were called on us within the first hour of checking in because they thought we were fighting (Mind you, I have three kids under 10 with heavy feet). The biggest issue I had is my key card almost never worked! I had to get it replaced 4 times before I just gave up and knocked on my own door and waited for someone to let me in. There is a club/restaurant next door and its music is pretty loud. If you are looking for something affordable and don’t really care about what you may see inside or outside the hotel, then definitely stay here. The staff was really nice and understanding! The rooms were clean-ish.

The management was helpful but the staff wasn't trained to handle simple issues like booking discrepencies amd internet. First room I was booked in on Satutday, TV didn't work and front desk receptionist almost was going to pass the buck onto the ASM until Monday. Rooms "appear" clean until you walk barefoot and feel and see the accumulated dirt on their room floor (it was sticky). There was damage all over the furniture in both rooms too (took pics on day 1 to CMA). The outside property is dingy and hoodlums hang around, and there aren't cameras outside, so be cautious with that. I will say everyone staying there was either polite or neutral, so there is that. Stay on weekdays but avoid weekends.
