Initially we were given a room that smelled of smoke, was dirty, and had an absolutely filthy sofa. It was located at the back of the property and appeared to be next to people who were living there as residents (smoking joints on the stairs outside of our room, van parked outside that someone was living in, garbage all over the ground)
When I mentioned at the front desk that the room was in a sketchy area, we were offered a different room, closer to the front office.
It was a cleaner, the smoke smell wasn't as strong, but still noticable. The door didn't fully close, so we had to put the chair in front of it. Since the rooms weren't call that clean, we didn't trust breakfast.
The whole place needs an overhaul.
