Breakfast was good

The location is so close to the attraction so which makes it convenient. But at night was too noisy, I have woken up a few times. Because the air con is 27 degrees meaning no cool air at all, we had to open the window to sleep and to endure the outside noises. But this is outside the hotel’s control we get it. However, the breakfast included was so good! We had eaten so much and yummy.

not recommend, too noisy the environment

The hotel is located in a convenient place which is bear grand place. But the room I stayed face the street, which makes me and my boyfriend unable to sleep since the loud noise during the night. Plus the air conditioner is so noisy so we have to turn it off and open the window to let air in, which makes the situation worse. But to be fair with this price you get a night to stay in city center and the breakfast is included, it's a nice bargain only if you don't bother to sleepless all night.

A very misleading hotel

The room was rather shabby. Very worn carpet. Toilet didn’t stop refilling after flushing, lighting was terrible. Room had a very musty, stale odour. Cobwebs on the ceiling, blood on the wall, Small and cramped. Room looked nothing like advertised online. Don’t stay here when there are much better hotels nearby. We only stayed because we arrived so late and were only staying one night.

Good enough

Front desk was unfriendly and insulting. We could not find the hotel as it is nestled away between restaurants and convenience stores. Uber don't go in the streets for drop off. Hotel is old and a bit noisy at night because of the several restaurants nearby. That is definitely a pro. Cleanliness is good too. Breakfast is the same everyday. No variety. So even if we paid for breakfast, we still had to look elsewhere for breakfast options but being in the enter of it all, it was fairly easy.

Hotel bem localizado e funcionários ótimos

O hotel é super bem localizado, perto da estação central de Bruxelas e pertíssimo de Grand Place. Pertíssimo do hotel tem uma infinidade de bares, restaurantes, chocolateria, enfim, são muitas opções. O café da manhã é muito bom! Mas preciso registrar que o senhor que trabalha à tarde na recepção do hotel é muito simpático, brincalhão, uma alma muito jovem, ele até arrisca a falar algumas palavras em português. Ele é uma pessoa de bem com a vida!!

Central Brussels

The hotel is ideally located, 5 minutes from the tram...in central Bourse with Grande Place 5 minutes walk. The reception is good, breakfast is excellent. The decor in hallways and bedrooms are okay but need updating. My main issue with my stay was the street noise from restaurants opposite and the cleaning street noise which started really early, but I only paid 85euros which included breakfast which was still good value. My advise to you if you want to book is ask for a room to the rear of the hotel.

Super zentrale Lage im Zentrum, viel zu Fuß erreichbar. Kleine aber gute Frühstücksauswahl, Zimmer groß und schönes Bad. Fenster allerdings leicht undicht, Heizung powerte deswegen die ganze Zeit.
