The lady who checked me in 4/24 was nice and great. I am military. Was coming to take a medical exam for an offer licensure. Informed my exam was 8-12pm on 4/25. Woke up and went to my exam, and my partner waited for me to return. And during that wait, the guy on at that time was very rude and disrespectful towards my partner about check out time. When I had informed the lady the night before I will be returning close to 12pm. My partner was very upset and disrespected. And had to correct him on his professionalism. The stay wasn’t even that clean the fridge dirty and the door was jammed and beaten up.

1st room toilet hadn't been cleaned, terrible mess, and it was clogged. Changed to room 2, it had a single bed and the AC didn't work, room 3 was adequate but was in poor condition. The "breakfast" was a small basket with granola bars in it.

Room was dirty, sheets had stains was afraid to sleep in the bed, bathroom had hair by the faucet, room in poor shape, stains on the walls, fridge, was afraid to touch anything in the room. Will never stay here again.

Walked in the room smelled so bad it made me nauseous. Pulled the blankets down and there were bugs in the bed. Went to registration she was no help at all she just said oh sorry. I asked for a refund because I was only there for 5 mins and she refused. This place is awful the bugs and the smell not to mention the furniture was falling apart and there were cigarette burns all over them.

The staff was extremely friendly, on top of their stuff and was very hosptial. However,the property itself was not AT ALL what was shown on the pictures for the property. We were expecting an updated, well maintained property that didn't look like it was falling apart and the staff doing their best to up keep it with what very little help they probably do get from Extended Stay America Corp. Very disappointed. There was so much draft coming from the outside through the door, the ac units filters hadn't been changed or cleaned in some time, leeks in every sink, chair looked liked it was picked up by the side of road and furniture beat up. I personally don't think it was worth the $75 we spent on the room. Now the staff....EXCELLENT! SUPER FRIENDLY and completely understanding of why we were there and did what they could to make both my husband n I comfortable as we could. I only wish i would have been able to thank them this morning before we left for my procedure this morning.
