The hotel is a lovely place to stay! The staff was very friendly and attentive. It has a very nice garden to sit in and the ambiance of the place is just really nice. We didn’t do the breakfast, though we heard it was very good. The first morning we were there we found the bakery just 2 doors down and we were hooked on their selection of delicious pastries. Our room was great, we loved having a balcony! Everyone was very friendly and super helpful especially our first day when we came in soooo early, they took our bags and gave us coffee while we waited. Many places were closed nearby but I believe this the case at this time of year, 10 minute walk to metro and some hidden gem shopping and dining options. Would consider returning as we do love the Latin Quarter.

A Beautiful Hotel for a Beautiful Week in Paris

Beautiful and cozy. Spotlessly clean. Delicious breakfast with great selections. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The beautiful garden was a great place to relax with coffee and a book after a busy day of sightseeing. I would highly recommend this wonderful hotel.

The hotel Serotel Lutece was excellent, the manager and all the staff are so friendly and helpful. The accommodation is excellent and they have a lovely courtyard garden to the rear of the hotel in which to relax after a hard days shopping. It’s in a good spot on the left bank close to the Pantheon and Luxembourg gardens and good access to the Metro and local bus.

2nd time staying at Hotel Serotel and is definitely our go to hotel to stay when in Paris ! Staff are absolutely amazing and hospitable. We love seeing Joao, Virgile and Ouissem always extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is based in a great location to trains, city centre, restaurants and gardens plus can do lovely walks to famous places and attractions. It is in an area that is not overly crowded and hectic so you enjoy serenity but still get to explore and enjoy Paris. Without a doubt would always go back to HSL.

Lovely hotel, great location.

We were greeted efficiently and it was a pleasant experience. The hallway and gardens are nicely decorated and modern with a parisian theme. We booked a superior room with a balcony which didnt have a table and chairs outside (seasonal which is fair enough). The room was a little tired in places with crumbly walls and bubbling paint. The bathroom was very compact for a superior room, this didn't impact our stay, however trying to fit in together at once wasn't easy. Complimentary items were nice and the room was always clean after housekeeping. The breakfast was nice with a good selection of high quality foods. Nespresso machine, fresh eggs and pastries. I would stay here again in Paris if we wanted to be in this location within the city.

The hotel is in an area where locals live, but there's a lot of empty commercial space nearby, and not much to see or do nearby. Also, the room was very small, but the bed was comfortable.
