First time at this hotel and the location is just perfect. Close to the center, close to the water and beach as well. We had a room with views to the sea. The room was decent and big enough. Reading several reviews and - as many already stating - the overall quality and standard is not good enough for a 4 star hotel. There are lots of small things showing that the hotel is in some need of upgrade. The so-called gym is kind of a joke. Small, lacking updated equipment, no towels or paper to clean equipment after use (so big lack of hygiene). The breakfast is simple and basic and a bit ‘messy’ and not as clean as one should expect at a place for a 4 star hotel. We had a nice stay - but again; might reconsider if coming back and find somewhere else.

This is my 3rd time coming back, and we absolutely love this hotel. The staff is world class, the location is perfect to both the beach and the old city. If there was anything they could improve, it would be a bit more maintenance, as it is a older hotel that could use some fresh ups. But nothing critical that affected my stay. I look forward to coming back here again soon, and I can strongly recommend it to everyone!

We were in Sitges for a wedding and stayed at Sitges Playa for 4 nights preceding the wedding. It is a very nice hotel in a great location: on the beach and a short walk to numerous restaurants and shops. The staff was helpful addressing all our needs. I will stay here again if I am ever in Sitges.

Hi! Wi thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel! Super friendly staff, clean and good sized room Loved the balcony and the pool area. Location is the best! Very small garage hardly could squeeze my car inside. They had a really wonderful small restaurant nearby called Bahia. Excellent food, good drinks and lovely waiters ♥️. Only minus was the staff at breakfast, very rude unfriendly and should definitely NOT work with any kind of service related work. First night they totally ignored me and my husband, they wouldn’t serve us.

Nice property; excellent location right near the beautiful Stigues promenade. Our room had a beach view from the outdoor terrace. Chairs were provided for the beach which is in front of the hotel. Some reservations do include buffet breakfast in the connecting restaurant ours did not. Highly recommend Stigues, great walking city with lovely shops and great restaurants- beautiful spot.

The restaurant staff stole my heart with their attentiveness and serious cool under pressure when large groups arrived at unplanned times. I was a solo traveler, fresh off the Camino de Santiago, and I could not have picked a more perfect location by the Sea. The hotel staff were friendly and easy to work with. Housekeeping helped me with laundry the day I arrived. The food was exceptional. Safe to say…I’m a big fan ❤️

Beautiful hotel directly on the beach. Clean and refreshing pool surrounded by a lovely garden and sitting area. The attached restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating with a fresh menu and plenty of people (and dog) watching along the beachfront promenade. Staff were all very helpful and polite. Our room was updated, the king bed was very comfortable with a selection of pillows. We enjoyed our balcony view of the Mediterranean and were impressed by the sound quality of the french doors leading to it, keeping night time noise out (or leave it open to hear the crashing of the waves). The hotel is within walking distance to Sitges old town with an abundance of shops and eateries in beautiful, historic buildings. Overall, Sitges is a refreshing and welcome retreat from the crowds of Barcelona, yet just a 45 minute train ride away
