We go through SLV several times a year. Im so glad we can stay here, weve probably stayed here about 8 times at least. They are always super clean, quiet, and the staff are great. Always so friendly, easy to communicate with via text before arrival. The pool is great, its saltwater, super clean, and pool toys available! We dont eat breakfast here but they have a clean area with cereal, waffles, bagels, etc. Its easy to park and just overall quiet.

The staff was friendly. The breakfast was fine pool and hot tub were good and it was clean enough,though We did have a few Elm seed bugs that were dead on the floor next to our window. It did not bother us. We were there for one night stay

The whole facility was spotless. The dining room was very clean. The weight room and laundry room were clean, rooms & bathrooms in your room were clean! I have not been in a hotel in a very long time that was this clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely will stay there again if I’m in the area.

On arrival learned we did not have a first floor room and there was no elevator, suite was on second floor all the way to the end- moved a Suburbans worth of stuff to the room (was in the 90's and at high altitude for us sea level people) Wife went to flip a dirty cushion on the couch to reveal a bloody, body fluid filled cushion. called the desk and they said they would provide another room, down the stairs, back up the stairs all the way on the end of the other upper level. I stated I didn't want to move all of my items that far and they said , so sorry and that was all they could do- not that they would assist etc. I then stated I would would just cancel. Staff after about 30 minutes of me moving stuff back to car stated that they were going to charge me for the first night. I eventually spoke with the Manager who stated that they were in fact going to charge the first night because they offered a room to us. She stated her staff would have helped move our stuff even though they did not offer to assist. Manager also stated she would contact Expedia so I didn't have to. 3 weeks later I contacted Expedia and at least got the other charges removed. was very dirty with rear door propped open with Pine cones. Zero stars
